this was taken at Mafeking Rover Park Caveat Vic on the 12-6-2011. This Event is run by Rovers (Scouts for the ages of 18-26) and is held every 12 months on the queens birthday weekend every year. All public are welcome to come along and enjoy the action on the open day Sunday for a small donation of $10 or a gold coin donation if you are in Scout uniform.
