Cactus Country (Strathmerton, Vic)

Cactus Country is a Cacti garden based at Strathmerton and grown by a family of locals who love Cacti and want to share their passion for plants with as many people as they can, that's why they designed this huge display featuring plants from Africa, North America, Mexico and South America. They would like you will share their journey and enjoy exploring our world of plants!

The cactus and succulent collection has plants up to 50 years old and has become a favourite attraction not just for the avid collector but for the many tourists that visit Northern Victoria.

Once you’re out amongst thousands of plants you really feel like you’re in another country. There are approximately 4,000 different species from North America and Mexico, South America and Africa.
